Meet Mark and Diana Huha

In 1993 Mark and Diana started their business and have grown it primarily by the many referrals of satisfied and happy HOA Property Managers Board Members.

Mark is the CEO of Quality Property Maintenance and has gained extensive experience in various facets of construction since 1972. He is extremely competent at quickly diagnosing problems and skilled at providing sage advice on solutions to handle many complicated construction and maintenance situations. Diana is the current CFO and has many years of experience in how to keep a company running smoothly and efficiently.

Brodie’s many years of broad spectrum maintenance and employee administration experience with U.S. and International companies such as Guardsman and Valspar International make him a vital part of the company and a valuable resource to both QPM as well as its customers. Brodie is known throughout the property maintenance industry for his keen ability to recognize potential challenges and provide cost effective and time sensitive solutions.

Mark Guth, Field Supervisor

Mark has been a General Contractor for over 20 years specializing in tenant improvement, facilities maintenance, commercial construction and high-end residential construction. Mark has his degree in Architectural Design and Drafting. His many years of industry knowledge and expertise from the pre-construction to post-construction phase helps our customers achieve their long term property maintenance goals.

April Bellon, Work Order Administrator

April has a 15 year background in high level office administration. April has the crucial responsibility of ensuring the work order production progresses smoothly. This includes work order entries, support with directing operations, as well as tech upkeep for the work order database program. April works with QPM Team Members in scheduling, tracking progress, and providing field support follow through. She upholds a close working relationship with vendors to gather information and update work order information. April plays an essential role in delivering the supreme customer service and support that QPM is recognized for throughout the property maintenance industry.

Heidi Brown, Accounting Administrator

Heidi brings her unique skill set and expertise to QPM and serves in the Accounting Department. Heidi facilitates payment of invoices and scheduling and preparing disbursements on a weekly basis. She processes and monitors all incoming receivables and maintains all accounting records. She steps in where needed, is a true team player at QPM and maintains the high level of performance provided to our clients.  In her free time, Heidi enjoys riding her horse, scuba diving, cooking and archery.

Our Team

Our technicians have over 220 years of combined experience in the maintenance field including, but not limited to – drywall, electrical, plumbing, welding, concrete,carpentry, glass work, painting and much more. Our dedicated and efficient office staff has 38 years of combined experience in customer service, management, and project coordination. Our entire team is composed of experienced and highly skilled individuals whose common goal is to provide the highest quality of service in everything they do.
